Max, the Development Manager for Victory Gate Developments. Max Anderson works closely with architects and designers to make sure every project meets buyers’ expectations. Alongside Shaun Adams and the contractor, they strive to achieve the best results on time and on budget.

Alan has worked in the property and construction industry for more than 40 years, leading and delivering high profile commercial and residential developments across the South. Allan specialises in the pre-contract stage of property development, ensuring everything is overseen with precision and a clear strategy so all stakeholders have confidence in the outcome. In addition to his role as a director at National Regional Property Group, Allan is chairman of Shaping Portsmouth Developers Group and the Hampshire County Council and Business South backed Regenerate South Group. He also sits on the Solent LEP’s Property and Infrastructure Delivery Panel.
